Saint Eugene

Saint Eugene Parish School was opened on September 21, 1948 with an enrollment of 300. The school has grown in size, adding a pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Their focus on strong academics contributes to their high graduation rate of 98%. In addition to competitive sports in part thanks to Saint Sebastian, Saint Eugene also excels in the classroom. Last year, the academic decathlon team won first place in the Deanery. Technological developments like the Apple iPod iRead Program and access to computers further enhance each student’s intellectual development.
